The Arc R/T Resource software is a 100% web-based application.  All the customer needs is an Internet connection and a browser. The service is cost-effective and easy-to-use. Major hardware investments are not necessary. Installation and maintenance won't cause any problems.

The service can be installed quickly and it's secure, protected and server back-ups will be made daily. The contract can be made for continuous or periodic periods. A monthly payment includes maintenance and customer specific support.

Installation on customer's server

Arc R/T Resource can be installed on customer's own server. Arc Technology Ltd provides comprehensive installation service in co-operation with the customer's data administration. This way the customer controls the usage of Arc R/T Resource with their own firewalls and IT-policy.

In case the customer chooses to install Arc R/T Resource on their own server, customer should acquire Oracle database and related licenses.
