Here are some examples of our solutions. The solutions are based on Arc R/T Resource platform. We have also developed several customer specific and tailored versions of the system.

Global eHR

With the People module you can manage the basic personnel data. The module includes all basic tools for maintaining personnel and employment related data and views.

Target: Managing the basic personnel information of a global company on the regional levels and consolitated real time raporting to the head office.

Solution: The enterprise version of Arc R/T Resource tailored by a wider raporting of the basic data.

Results: Access across the Internet, which makes it possible for the regional companies to update their own information. At the the time the head office can monitor the personnel resources – headcount, costs, etc.

Competence management 

The Competence module is used for skills management. The outstanding role-based skills management secures need-based workforce management and maintenance. The module is based on the Skills Management Method®, developed by Arc Technology Ltd. 

Target: To create a unified process for competence management and secure strategic competitive edge for business operations.

Solution: The enterprise version of Arc R/T Resource with multi-lingual support.

Results: An international competence system in which every business unit controls their specific skills. A group wide solution for the managers and their skills management. Multi-lingual use – native language support. Specific and centralised content management.

Performance management

Target: A follow-up system for the target and development process of the personnel which deminishes administrative routines and helps the foremen to reach the targeted strategic goals.

Solution: Arc R/T Resource with customised document maintenance and shift work qualifications.

Results:  A browser based, client-specific target-setting and development planning solution, paperless process for target setting and follow-up, which support and monitor the developement of the business management objectives of the large customer enterprise, consisting of over 1000 users.

Compliance management

There are also professions which require specific qualified skills or ability defined by law or regulations. As an example one can mention pilots and their certificates of type approval or different product certificates in maintenance services.

Target: A Technical Division aims to manage competences and up-date expiring certicates and secure professional skills. The solution also has to serve skills management

Solution: Arc R/T Resource Enterprise enlarged by training registry.

Results: A centralised solution for the Technical division, which serves the different and unique needs of all units. The systematic control of the expiring certificates protects and secures service management.
