  • Geographical or organisational position is no longer a limiting factor when defining, entering and presenting HR data.
  • Arc R/T Resource provides information based on role or position requirements. Top management can take a quick look at the real time company situation and division or department leaders can monitor information within their own unit.
  • The personnel can update their personal information using self service access. The information can be updated within a few minutes via a cost effective browser based service.
